A HR policy guided by our values
For 90 years, CNR has combined industrial performance with missions in the general interest. Our HR policy extends this commitment by providing a working environment in which collective commitment and individual itineraries fuel each other mutually.
Guided by our values – Commitment, Agility, Cohesion, Openness, Responsibility – our HR policy is continually adapted to provide a work framework that stimulates the commitment and development of each employee.
This state of mind is expressed by genuine attention given to the quality of life at work, to safety and professional advancement.
We innovate and experiment to strengthen cooperation, give more meaning to daily work and enable everyone to project themselves in a trajectory that resembles them.
The values that drive us
- Commitment: we are mobilised in carrying out our missions as concessionary of the Rhone and determined, in a long-term vision, to promote renewable energies, share the value generated and develop the territories.
- Agility: we seek efficiency and performance, through reactivity in our decision-making and the simplicity of our solutions, with the constant will to change ourselves for the better.
- Cohesion: we capitalise internally on the solidarity and strength of our workforce and carry out our missions in relations of trust and loyalty to the territories.
- Openness: we privilege dialogue, cooperation and consultation with colleagues and in the relations with our stakeholders, and we know how to innovate and question ourselves in order to harmonise individual gaols.
- Responsibility: we act with expertise and industrial responsibility regarding the population living close to the river and our stakeholders, especially in the areas of the environment, the security of our installations and the safety of people and property.

Guaranteeing equality and advancing gender diversity in our trades
Since transition requires the energy of all, we act to advance equality between women and men and strengthen gender diversity in all our trades, especially in our technical and industrial sectors.
CNR has been implementing an active policy of professional equality for more than 15 years. In line with this, it set up a gender diversity community in 2025 with ambassadors from every horizon and trade.
We make sure that every employee enjoys the same rights and opportunities regarding access to employment, training, classification, promotion and working conditions.
For several years, we have also implemented action plans devoted to advancing the place of women in our sector on a lasting basis. The aim: open our trades, attract new talent and make real advances in favour of gender diversity.
