A code of conduct

CNR forbids all types of corruption and compromissions of integrity in the practice of its business. The Code of conduct of business ethics sets out the practices adopted by CNR in the exercise of its missions. These principles are also applicable to all its partners, in particular its suppliers and sub-contractors, as well as third parties acting on behalf of CNR in the framework of their contractual relations.

A charter of ethics

Faithful to its values and commitments, CNR scrupulously respects the laws and regulations in force at every level of the company. To reach this goal, CNR’s management has committed itself to an Ethics Policy by signing a charter of ethics in 2006.

This text acts as a daily reference for strategic and managerial decisions, and the professional practices of every employee:

  • Develop human relations within the company,
  • Scrupulously respect its obligations as concessionary,
  • Inform its public and private shareholders,
  • Remain sensitive to its clients’ needs by encouraging open dialogue.

A whistleblowing system

CNR has chosen a whistleblowing system that is confidential and open to all, enabling the reception of alerts. It participates in an enduring culture of corporate integrity and transparency.
