CNR has chosen Ethicorp, a whistleblowing system that allows for the collection of reports from employees and external and occasional collaborators (in accordance with the Sapin II Law), with the aim of establishing and maintaining a culture of integrity and transparency within the company. This platform is managed entirely by lawyers with expertise in ethics.

From the moment you wish to report facts that meet the conditions outlined below, you are granted the status of “whistleblower.”

A whistleblower is an individual, acting selflessly and in good faith, who wishes to disclose or report:

  • a crime or offense;
  • a serious violation of a law or regulation;
  • a serious or blatant violation of an international commitment of France;
  • a serious threat or harm to the public interest.

This must not be a mere rumor: the law specifies that the whistleblower must have personally witnessed the events!

WARNING: the whistleblower will not be protected if they report events in bad faith and/or of which they were not a personal witness, and will therefore be subject to civil and criminal penalties (defamation, slander).

To report an incident, you are invited to log in to the platform https://www.ethicorp.com/cnr from a private computer.

The procedure implemented for collecting information via this platform guarantees the whistleblower strict confidentiality of their identity, or even anonymity, and strict confidentiality of the individuals targeted by the report and the information contained therein, collected by the recipients of the report.

Only Ethicorp will be informed of the whistleblower’s identity, which will not be transmitted or disclosed to CNR. The identity of the individuals concerned will only be disclosed to CNR if the alert is substantiated.

In addition to the protection of their confidentiality, whistleblowers are protected against any retaliation by CNR.
