Every year, CNR receives a hundred trainees in all its trades: operation, maintenance, infrastructures, development, support functions and exploiting the concession.
From vocational baccalaureate to Master’s level, work study programmes allow trainees to learn a trade while committing themselves concretely in a collective project with meaning.

Tech’Avenir: a doorway to the river’s technical trades
Tech’Avenir is a scheme dedicated to the trade of hydroelectric power plant operating technician, in view to recruiting full-time operatives at the end of the programme.
This training is intended for holders of electric engineering certificates and combines theoretical, practical and industrial hands-on education.
The work study programme begins in October and lasts one year, with a rhythm of 2 to 3 weeks in the company and 2 weeks at school.
