The code of conduct on business ethics

CNR prohibits all forms of corruption or fraud in the practice of its business. The code makes it easy to learn about the practices adopted by CNR in the performance of its duties and in its relations with third parties and to report, at any time, an ethical problem or facts of corruption or fraud.

Faithful to its values and commitments, CNR’s ambition is to act in strict compliance with the laws and regulations in force at all levels of the company. To achieve this objective, CNR’s management is committed to an ethics policy by signing a charter in 2006.

With this text, it recalls its values which accompany the strategic, managerial and professional decisions of each employee on a daily basis:
