CNR reserves the right to suspend access to the Site in the case of fraudulent utilisation or fraudulent attempts to use the password and login of a user. You will be informed by CNR if access is suspended.
File saving performed by the computer system of the Internet site during the time the user is connected will furnish evidence of any act committed by the user on the Site, and of the proof of processing of said acts.
4. Intellectual property
The entire Site is subject to French copyright law, the law on brand names and to the law on intellectual property in general.
The brand names and logos (stylised brand names) featuring on the Site are registered. Any full or partial reproduction or representation, alone or within other elements without express and prior written permission from CNR, is strictly forbidden.
The general structure, software, texts, images, videos, sounds, knowhow, animations, and more generally all the information and content featuring on the Site, are the property of CNR or are subject to rights of use or exploitation. These elements are subject to copyright legislation.
Any full or partial representation, modification, reproduction or distortion of all or part of the Site or its content by any process whatsoever, and via any medium whatsoever, will be considered as tantamount to forgery penalised by articles L 335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.
The present Conditions do not bestow you any licence to use CNR’s brand names, logos or photographs.
If any, the databases featuring on the Site are protected by the provisions relating to the legal protection of databases. By virtue of this, CNR expressly prohibits any reutilisation, reproduction or extraction of elements from these databases. The unauthorised reutilisation, reproduction or extraction incurs the user’s liability.
CNR reserves the right to immediately delete, and without prior notice, any content: message, text, image or graphics that contravene the laws and regulations in force, in particular the regulations stipulated hereinabove.

9. Warning on temporary information

Any transfer, or other transmission of the rights conferred by the present conditions, is strictly forbidden.
If, for any reason whatsoever, a competent jurisdiction considers that a condition of the present Conditions is invalid, the invalidity of this condition shall in no way affect the validity of the other conditions which shall remain in force.
The non-utilisation by one of the parties of a right or omission to take legal action with respect to the terms of these conditions cannot be considered a renouncement of such right or capacity to take such action.
The Site is subject to French law. The present Conditions shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, French law.
11. Utilisation of cookies
